to pay a yearly due of $20 per child ($60 family max). This
fee covers the child's handbook for the year, AWANA awards
the child will earn and other expenses. No child will be
denied participation in AWANA due to an inability to pay
yearly dues. Financial assistance is available.
Registraion
is required for all AWANA participants.
Cubbies
3 and 4 year olds (Must be 3 by September 1, 2009)
Three year olds through pre-K are cubbies. Friendly puppets
take preschoolers on an amazing journey through God's word.
Bible based handbooks and club activities help preschoolers
begin building a solid Biblical foundation at an early age.
They will learn that they can talk to God through prayer
and that God talks to them through the Bible.
Awana
Cubbies meet in the Gathering Place of the Christian Life
Center (F-151) and in the classrooms on the first floor
hallway.
Sparks
Kindergarten through second grade
Kindergartners through second grade are in our Sparks club.
In just three years, clubbers will learn and review 68 verses
of scripture, which cover the plan of salvation and basic
Biblical doctrine. Along the way, Sparky, the firefly, encourages
boys and girls to study and learn God's Word. Sparks are
introduced to Bible characters and events from Genesis to
Revelation.
Sparks
begin in the Gym of the Christian Life Center for the Opening
Ceremony each club night.
Truth
& Training
Third through Fifth grade
The name Truth & Training reflects the desire to teach
3rd - 5th graders the truth found in God's word and to train
them to serve Him. Discipleship and evangelism are important
aspects of T&T. Upon completion of T&T, clubbers
will have learned and reviewed 310 verses of scripture.
T & T materials will help kids develop a love for God.
Truth
and Training Clubs begin in the Gym of the Christian Life
Center for the Opening Ceremony each club night.
We hope
all families will take advantage of this exciting new program.
