The Children's
Ministry at McEachern Memorial UMC is dedicated to serving
and ministering to the children and families of this community.
We believe children are important in God's kingdom and are
to be welcomed in His church. It is our prayer to nurture
each child into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our vision
is to partner with families in reaching every child, encouraging
them along their faith journey, and guiding them toward a
committed relationship with Jesus Christ.
"What
is God's kingdom like? What can I compare it to? It is like
a mustard seed. Someone took the seed and planted it in
a garden. It grew and became a tree." Luke 13:18-19
Children
have many opportunities to participate in programs and activities
where they can feel God's love and presence. It is our prayer
that these will help guide and support them in their faith
journey.
