How
do I know which Sunday school class my child is in?
We have
several classes for each grade level. For your first visit
you may contact the Children’s Ministry department ahead
of time and we can tell you the location or you may come on
Sunday morning and proceed to the appropriate age level class.
We have Nursery (6wks – 3 years) and our Early Childhood
classes (Pre-K and K) on the bottom floor of the Christian
life center. The 1st & 2nd grade classes are located in
our Education building adjacent to the Sanctuary. The 1st
grade is located on the 1st floor and the 2nd grade is on
the 2nd floor. Our 3rd – 5th grade is located in Oaks
Hall on the 2nd floor. If you are having trouble locating
these areas, we have many greeters that are stationed throughout
the church both inside and out. They can direct you to the
right location.
Where
do I take my child on Sunday mornings?
If you
come at 9:30, the children have traditional 9:30 Sunday school
classes. They are located throughout the church. You may contact
the Children’s Ministry department ahead of time or
you may simply come and look at the different classes and
we can help you place your child. At 11:00 we have a worship
hour for the children. We have Beginning
Believers which meets in the Christian Life Center (F151)
that is for Pre K and Kindergarten. The 1st – 3rd grade
Faithbuilders meets in the Chapel and then proceeds to Lula
Dobbs Hall for our breakout groups.
