Room
Our
Fitness Room is open for use by our church members and also
the community. We will have personal trainers to
assist you, by appointment, in forming a program specifically
for you.
Note:
You will need to complete a Health
Assessment Form and turn in to the Recreation
Ministry front desk if you have not completed one previously.

The
Weight Room has Hoist weight machines, a complete set of
dumbbells and weight benches for your strength development.
The Cardio Center is fully equipped with 3 treadmills and
recumbent bike. This fee schedule is only for the use of
our Fitness Room. The overall CLC facility is of course
open at no cost for walking on the walking track during
the hours of operation only.

To
use the Fitness Room, you must be 14 years old or above.
Anyone 13 or younger cannot enter weight room, even with
an adult.
- Please
use a towel to wipe off machines when wearing shorts.
Spray bottles of cleaning solution are available for your
use in wiping off the machines.

A personal trainer will show you how to use the exercise
equipment safely. To schedule an appointment, stop by
the Receptions Desk.

You must register at the front desk to obtain a key Card
to enter the Fitness Room.
