Jason
Jordan
Pastor
to Students
My name is Jason
Jordan and I serve as Pastor to Students. I grew up in Marietta,
GA and I am the youngest of five children. I am grateful to
God for the influence of my mother, who was faithful in modeling
a life that displayed a love for God and others. It was in
my middle school years that God’s grace took hold of
my heart and I responded to His invitation of love and forgiveness.
My brother shared with me that Jesus Christ died for my sins
and He rose again to make a payment for my sin. That evening,
I trusted in Jesus Christ and have continued in the journey
of being marveled at His grace and love.
Student ministry
holds a special place in my heart. Since 1990 God has used
His gift of compassion by providing me opportunities to invest
in the lives of teenagers and their families. During my teenage
years, significant growth occurred in my relationship with
Christ due to the faithful investment of godly men and women.
My desire is to provide an atmosphere where students can connect
with the living God and share this connection with others.
I graduated with
a Masters of Theology from Dallas Seminary in 2005. Since
then I have been involved in student ministry full time and
enjoy the opportunity of assisting able staff and volunteers
in ministering to families.
The Lord has blessed
me with a beautiful family. My wife, Holley, and I have been
married since 2000. We have a daughter, Rachel, and a son,
David. My hobbies are spending time with my family, playing
my acoustic guitar, and running with my dog, Annie. |
