Aerobic Kickboxing

McEachern UMC is excited to offer this innovative exercise program! Our invigorating workouts will propel you into a higher level of fulfillment than you have experienced with past workouts. Fat cells will burn and spirits will ignite as you discover the fun of Aerobic Kickboxing.

Aerobic Kickboxing Health Tip

You do not need to be in good shape to start training. You can workout at your own pace and as your cardio-vascular system improves you can pick up speed. The choreography is not complicated because kicking and punching are natural movements for everyone.

Instructor Clyde Tallent is a Kukkiwon certified black belt through World Tae Kwon Do Federation. He was also trained in the art of Hapkito. His current certification for Aerobic Kickboxing is through NESTA (National Endurance Sports Trainers Association). Mr. Tallent is an original Georgia native and a graduate of Oglethorpe University .

Aerobic Kickboxing meets at Higher Ground on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 – 8:30 pm.
