You do not need
to be in good shape to start training. You can workout at
your own pace and as your cardio-vascular system improves
you can pick up speed. The choreography is not complicated
because kicking and punching are natural movements for everyone.

Tallent is a Kukkiwon certified black belt through World Tae
Kwon Do Federation. He was also trained in the art of Hapkito.
His current certification for Aerobic Kickboxing is through
NESTA (National Endurance Sports Trainers Association). Mr.
Tallent is an original Georgia native and a graduate of Oglethorpe
University .
Aerobic
Kickboxing meets at Higher Ground on Tuesday and Thursday
nights from 7:30 – 8:30 pm.
