Music and Fine Arts

We believe that music and performance can be powerful forms of worship and experiencing God's presence

Sanctuary Choir

The Sanctuary Choir leads traditional worship each Sunday morning for the 9:30 and 11:00 am services. This choir is open to adults who feel a call to serve God through the musical gifts He has given them. The choir sings a wide variety of hymn arrangements and choral classics as well as more contemporary music. This group also presents several special programs throughout the year and sings for many community events. They meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Sanctuary Choir, you are welcome to join at any time during the year. Nursery is provided.

Men's Ensemble

Our men’s group meets on scheduled Wednesdays to learn TTBB music they will present during Sunday worship and other worship events.

New Creation Youth Choir

New Creation Choir meets on Sunday from 3:45-5:00 pm in the East room. Choir is open to all students grades 6 to 12. We sing fun, contemporary music that today’s youth can really connect with. We understand that youth are often pulled in different directions throughout the year with school, sports, dance and any number of other activities. Why not let Sunday afternoon be a time to enjoy good music and great friends while celebrating the love of Jesus? Come join us this Sunday! For more information please contact us.

New Creation Bellband

New Creation Bellband meets every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm in the upstairs hallway of Oaks Hall. Bellband is open to all students grades 6 through 12. You don’t need to be a member of the New Creation Choir to join or even a member of MMUMC! This is an opportunity for students to come together and learn the art of handbells while making lasting friendships and praising our Lord through music! Join us this week!
