2006
Mission Trip
Imagine
a small, but Christ-centered, church family led by a charismatic
pastor, assisted by an equally talented group of elders. Now,
imagine the church is located in a beautiful, historical town
in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands of the Czech Republic.
This small, yet thriving church family is known as Jihlava
EMC in Jihlava, Czech Republic. What better place for a mission
trip?
Jihlava
EMC is McEachern’s sister church and for the past few
years we have been steadily building a close relationship
between the two church families. The 2006 mission trip will
see the return of English Camp (Ecamp) for the third year.
Ecamp has the goal of teaching conversational English to members
of the local community and the church as an outreach ministry.
People of all ages have been welcomed, with Ecamp 2005 seeing
the advent of both a youth camp and an adult/family camp.
As the concept grows in popularity, so does the need for additional
team members to make the trip to the Czech Republic. Come
join us as we educate our Czech friends in both the English
language and share the love of Christ!
