ministries represent new mission fields that are atypical
and challenging in their outreach.
Hispanic
Ministry – Worship services established to
reach out to the Hispanic Community surrounding McEachern
United Methodist Church. An adult Sunday School class is
held at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings followed by a worship
service at 11:00 in the Chapel conducted in Spanish. Other
ministries include ESOL classes at various times during
the week and evangelism to the Hispanic community in West
Cobb.

Kairos
– The mission of the Kairos Prison Ministry is to
bring Christ’s love and forgiveness to all incarcerated
men, women and juveniles, to their families and to those
who work in the prison environment. Kairos teams are made
up of both lay and clergy persons, disciples of Jesus Christ,
who have been called to minister in correctional institutions.
People may get involved directly by serving on a ministry
team or indirectly through prayer and financial support.

Disaster
Relief - First Responders Disaster Recovery. First
Responders go to areas to meet immediate needs of food,
clothing and shelter. Disaster Recovery teams are involved
in assisting families reclaim their properties, possessions
and lives.
