PURPOSE
OF PROGRAM
Our Mother’s Morning Out program is designed for young
children and their caregivers. We seek to provide a happy,
loving, Christian environment where infants, toddlers &
preschoolers can have learning experiences on their level
while their caregivers have some time to themselves. The children
enjoy a variety of experiences that include art, music, books,
pictures, puzzles, outdoor play and Bible stories.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Our program serves children ages 8 weeks through early 3 year
olds. The 3’s in our program do not have to be potty-trained.
TUITION
Tuition is $60.00 per month for one day a week, $110.00 a
month for attending two days a week, and $145.00 per month
for attending three days (3 year olds only). No credit will
be given for absences. A $10.00 late feee charged if tuition
is not paid within 7 days of the due date. If your child is
absent, you may mail your check to the MMO office to avoid
a late fee.
A written notice must be provided at least 10 days prior to
withdrawal of a child from our program or tuition for the
month must be paid.
FEES
A non-refundable registration fee of one months tuition is
due upon registration. This fee is used to purchase baby needs,
snacks, craft supplies, etc… The fee will be refunded
on a pro-rated basis if your child must withdraw from the
program.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please be prompt when picking up your child. A late fee of
$1.00 per minute will charged for any pick-up time after 1:10
pm. The fine will not exceed $50.00. If a parent is late picking
up their child twice during the school year in which the fine
is $30.00 or more, the MMO Board will review the child’s
continued participation in the MMO program.
IMMUNIZATIONS
The State Division of Public Health requires us to keep a
copy of your child’s up-to-date immunization record
on file each school year. This immunization certificate must
be turned in to us on or before the first day of the MMO school
year. You may obtain a Georgia Immunization Certificate from
your pediatrician or your local health department.
MMO FACULTY
Two adult teachers will be in each classroom. Teachers are
placed based on their individual strengths, aptitude and preference
in working with different aged children. Our teachers are
truly a blessing and the backbone of our program.
All staff
personnel are CPR and first aid certified and received United
Methodist “Safe Sanctuaries” training annually.
Teachers also receive in-service training on a regular basis.
Our top criteria is that staff have a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ and are willing to share His love with and
for the children! For the 2005-06 MMO staff schedule, please

Staff Schedule.
OPERATION HOURS
Monday-Friday 9:00 am–1:00 pm. The doors to the MMO
area will be opened at 9:00 am promptly. Please do not try
to take your child to his room prior to 9:00 – the teachers
are preparing the class for the school day.
