McEachern
UMC has been blessed with growth, and as we get bigger,
let us also become smaller.

Jesus
said, A new commandment I give to you, that
you love one another; as I have loved you, that you
also love one another. By this all will know that
you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.
John
13:34-35 |
While
we have an obligation to help unbelievers, we also have
the privilege to know and love other believers. What better
way to start loving one another than to get to know one
another through small groups?
The
McEachern Small Groups will consist of 4-5 families who
will get together at least once a month for a year. The
families may be one person or many, old or young,
visitors or members. The meeting times and agendas will
be set up by each group.
So,
don't get lost in the crowd.
What
do small groups do?
Small
groups will meet to get to know each other and spend time
together. The only constant for each group will be prayer.
Each group may establish activities as it desires and set
its own meeting times. Some groups will want to meet at
the same time every month. Others will want to vary their
times and activities.
