We want to let you know that God’s kingdom work is still going on in the midst of Covid-19. This is the time of year when the United Methodist Men would be gearing up the grills and getting ready for the fundraiser BBQ. However, due to ongoing health concerns and supply shortage, we’ve had to adapt our plans so we can keep serving those in our community who are in need.

We are asking that you prayerfully consider donating to help us Raise the Roof! Together with our partners at the Cobb Interfaith Habitat Coalition, we’re going to rise up and build a house for a family in need. We’ve pledged $5,000 in donations and we need any help you can give!

You can donate today by texting ‘HABITAT’ to 470-206-0441, going online to myMcEachern, or through the church, just indicate it’s for ‘Habitat for Humanity.’

You can contribute any amount, spread the word, or even volunteer for the build. Men, women, and teens 16 years and older can all come work with us and Habitat for Humanity. Workdays are scheduled for July 11th and 25th, August 1st and 29th, and September 12th.
