Sanctuary Worship: 11:00 AM

Welcome to McEachern!

Welcome to our church website! I hope that if you have not already visited with us in person that you will do so soon. We are a community of believers who LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE, and MAKE DISCIPLES. This means we take extra care to create meaningful and dynamic worship services to express our praise and love for God. This also means that we care for others, serving and loving the people of this community, seeking to enrich the lives of those around us. And this means that we are intentional about living a deeply committed life, devoted to Christ. I hope that this appeals to you and that you will find a place to serve God with us!

McEachern Memorial United Methodist Church has been on the corner of Macland and New Macland in West Cobb County for almost 200 years. Our Chapel, the original church sanctuary still stands facing north toward Macland Road, a testament to our rich history and heritage. Over the years our church family has grown, and we have expanded our buildings and ministries, with a preschool of over 200 students and an active recreational ministry serving several hundred Cobb County residents. I think you will find our present Sanctuary one of the most beautiful you’ve ever seen! We have a Great Room/Gym that provides space for dozens of recreational activities. We are a community partner and a missions-minded church family.

If I or the Associate Pastor can answer any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. My email address is chutto@mceachernumc.org. You can reach Rev. Cindy Blocksidge at cblocksidge@mceachernumc.org. May God richly bless you!
