McEachern Memorial UMC offers a wide variety of opportunities in adult Christian education. We have something to meet the needs of everyone. We seek to meet everyone where they are and take them deeper and deeper into their walk as disciples. We follow a model in which we offer introductory, developmental, and leadership opportunities. Christian education involves the mind and the heart; our opportunities will touch your heart as much as they exercise your mind.

We have many Sunday school classes for adults every Sunday morning. Classes are held at both 9:30 am and 11:00 am. We have classes for every age, including classes for young adults, young families, those in the middle of their careers, and those approaching and past retirement. Financial Peace University (by Dave Ramsey) teaches God’s ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you’ve dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more!
We offer a variety of small group studies throughout the week. We routinely offer Disciple Bible Studies, Financial Peace University, marriage and family classes, and a number of topical studies. The Women’s Ministry at McEachern is a combination of several ministries serving the women of our church and community. We seek to offer ways for women to get connected in our church while growing in their walk with Christ.
We have many opportunities for older adults at McEachern. In addition to offering a vast variety of volunteer opportunities with our Care and Mission Ministries, we have some programs designed specifically for retired adults looking to stay active.

Looking for a great way to get involved with sports as an adult? Our Adult Recreation program is the perfect opportunity! We have basketball and softball leagues, as well as, a weight room, walking track and several other options. Take a look and find the one that fits you!
Young adults are busy, mobile and always looking for new friends and communities. Our Young Adult Bible Study class is designed especially for those of you looking for a way to connect with others who are going through the same life experiences.
